Services offered: offers ticket purchasing assistance and camping service for all sites, countries, concerts, and events to increase chances of secured tickets.
Camping Service: Site camping is valid until D-1 before the concert. Note: This DOES NOT GUARANTEE any tickets.
No Cancellations: Once form is submitted and assistance fee is paid, your slot CANNOT be cancelled. You must be 100% sure of availing our assistance as we offer limited slots only. STRICTLY NONREFUNDABLE FOR CANCELLATIONS. Cancelled slot = BLOCKED.
Assistance Fee: Charged per ticket and is paid UPON reservation. An invoice is sent after submitting the form.
Slot confirmation: Slot is confirmed once service fee is paid.
Ticket Availability: We will attempt to secure your best desired seat available. If unavailable specially during in demand concerts, we will try to obtain your backup seat or any remaining tickets you prefer.
Refunds: 50% of the service fee is refunded if unsecured.
Online Presence: Be available and responsive during ticket selling for the sending of QR code or OTP.
Ticket Claiming:
SM Tickets: Print your voucher from MY TICKETS to claim your physical ticket.
Ticketnet: E-tickets will be sent to your email.
International ticketing sites: Refer to the site/organizer claiming process.
No Authorization Letters: We do not provide any authorization letters for ticket claims.
Updates: All general updates are posted in X. Individual client updates are sent in private message/group chat.

The team will try their best to secure the tickets based on availability while prioritizing your desired seats. Tickets are not 100% guaranteed as we simply try to get tickets the same way as other people. However, some sites with queue can be bypassed by our team to increase the chances of securing best tickets availeble (NOT APPLIED TO ALL SITES).How much should I prepare?
Ticket price + website fee (do check the official post from organizers regarding the ticketing charge on the ticketing site)What are your refund terms? Full refund if an event is cancelled or no effort has been made. 50% refund if tickets are unsecured. The remaining 50% goes to resources and effort of the team.

How many tickets can I avail?
1 slot can avail up to the maximum limit of the organizer. The number of tickets is subject to the organizer’s limit.What is GUARANTEED VIP?
A very limited premium service available on selected ticketing sites only. This service is done manually with upgraded resources that can guarantee any VIP with low timestamp. 50% upfront and nonrefundable downpayment is required to secure the slot. Remaining 50% is paid once successfully secured.How can I claim my tickets?
SM Tickets: Print your voucher from MY TICKETS on your SM Tickets account.
Ticketnet: E-tickets will be sent directly to your email.
International sites: Check the ticketing website/guidelines
Will I be sending ticket money/payment to you? No! I don’t accept any ticket money/payment. The only payment I will receive is the assistance fee. I only accept ticket payment if:
(1) client doesn’t have a local card
(2) client does not have credit/debit cards
(3) client is not free to send OTP
